CCG Owners, Kyle and Nat, faced the problem of having limited building space in Athens, that leaves two options for Cambria’s ideal clients:
Homeowners who want to build a smaller detached ADU/ In-law suite on their existing property
Current rentees who want to get out of the city and build a custom home on a large property.
A tale of two homes.
After talking with Kyle and Nat, we narrowed down the project to focusing on these two completely different client avatars by capturing a project that spoke directly to each one.
The first, an ADU walkthrough with Kyle that would resonate more with a potential investor focused on maximizing the space. We highlight the efficiency and practicality of the space.
And the second, a slower more emotional testimonial that would resonate with clients wanting to leave the hustle of the city for a more relaxed lifestyle.
